By ordering any digital product, physical product, service, or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The customer is responsible for fully reading product descriptions and product options before purchasing.
By placing an order with Cassie Uhl, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents’ permission to make a purchase.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Cassie Uhl reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

Shipping for US Orders
Physical products are shipped in 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary.
Please see below for general shipping times. These time frames take effect after your order has shipped, not after you place your order. The time frames outlined below are estimates.
US Media Mail- 1-2 weeks
US First Class Mail- 3-5 business days
US Priority Mail- 2-3 business days
US Priority Express Mail- 1-2 business days
SHIPPING TO THE UK IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO NEW UK VAT REGULATIONS.
International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country.
Lost Shipments*
Cassie Uhl is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Cassie will not refund or resend lost or stolen packages.
If you ordered within the US and suspect that your order has been lost or stolen within the USPS system, please follow these steps outlined by the USPS from their website:
Go to Find Missing Mail for additional information.
Submit a Missing Mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com.
File a claim.
Visit your local Post Office™ location for assistance filling out a Missing Mail request.
Call 1-800-275-8777 (1-800-ASK-USPS) to ask for the phone number of your local Consumer Affairs office regarding a Missing Mail request.
In addition to these steps from the USPS:
Double-check the address you provided at checkout for your order. You can check this by reviewing your order confirmation email. If you requested your package shipped to the incorrect address, let us know, and we will reship it when/if it is returned to our office. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment.
Check with your mail carrier, apartment, or condo office (if applicable), look around your house as some mail carriers hide packages to prevent theft, and check with your neighbors. Stolen packages are extremely rare; mis-delivered and overlooked packages are common.
*This is only applicable to US orders.
Physical Product Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order for a physical product, contact Cassie Uhl within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped or started, it can be refunded. If it has been started, you cannot receive a refund. If it is after 24 hours mo refunds will be given for cancellation requests.
Digital Products
All digital products are final sales.
Digital products are intended for personal use only. If the unauthorized sharing of Cassie Uhl’s digital products is confirmed, your access will be revoked, future purchases will be blocked, and you will not receive a refund.
Download limits are enforced to prevent unauthorized sharing of copyright-protected material.
If you reached your download limit in error or are experiencing difficulty accessing your digital products, please contact us for assistance.
Mentorship Disclaimer and Policies
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that you are of sound mind and body. You understand that the work Cassie offers should never replace the advice or care of a medical professional.
Privacy and Ethics
Any information shared with Cassie before, during, or after a session will be kept confidential.
Cassie will not access another person’s energy at your request.
I understand that the services offered by Cassie are not a substitute for professional
mental or medical care and are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any mental or
medical conditions.
I understand that I am responsible for my well-being during and between sessions.
Payment Agreement
Payment plan payments will come out automatically each month on the date of your initial payment.
Contact Cassie to discuss alternative payment plans
should the need arise.
Cancelation of your payment plan without prior contact will result in withdrawal from the
mentorship program and access to future offerings.
Scheduling Requirements
You will receive a link to schedule sessions within 48 hours of receipt of your initial
payment.
Please ensure that scheduled sessions are no closer than bi-weekly and no farther than
thrice-weekly without prior discussion with Cassie.
Cancel or reschedule appointments before 24 hours ahead of your session. Find the
reschedule/cancel link at the bottom of your session confirmation email.
For emergency cancellations within 24 hours, please get in touch with Cassie directly via email. These are handled case by case.
Regular cancelations within 24 hours may result in withdrawal from the mentorship
program.
Communication Guidelines
Email or WhatsApp replies generally occur within 24-48 hours, excluding illness or
personal time. In the event of personal time away, Cassie will email you in advance to
make you aware.
WhatsApp support via text, voice notes, and video are optional.
Confidentiality and risks of online communication
While everything shared within sessions is confidential, there is always an inherent risk
of sharing information online that is out of Cassie's control.
Age Requirement
Must be 18 years of age or older to schedule a session unless previously discussed with Cassie.
Preparedness
Please, come prepared. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a quiet and distraction-free space for our session together.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are final sales. You are responsible for your subscriptions. Subscribe responsibly. If a payment goes through that you forgot about, a refund will not be offered.
Subscribing and withdrawing more than 3 times will result in being blocked from the subscription program.
