Amidst intense times of division and disinformation, your energetic hygiene can serve an important role, enabling you to craft magic from a place of love, personal truth, and groundedness. In this workshop, you'll learn techniques to work collaboratively with the four elements–air, fire, water, and earth–to support your energetic maintenance practices.

More about Cassie
Cassie Uhl (she/they) is a mother, artist, death and energy worker, and rites of passage guide. She is the author and illustrator of seven books and two decks including, Craft Your Own Magic and The Ritual Deck.
Her work is trauma-informed and rooted in earth-based, animist spiritual practices from her ancestral roots across Northern Europe and her local environment. With over a decade of magical and intuitive mentoring and training and twenty years of practice, she is passionate about helping folks feel spiritually supported in all seasons of life.
